Run through scenic downtown Annapolis Maryland in the second annual Wayfarer's Half! The Half Marathon course features the best of Annapolis: charming architecture, harbor views, and historic buildings. It's the perfect introduction to Annapolis and a great reason for a weekend escape or to have the streets of your hometown to yourself for the morning.
Race starts at 7am on Saturday, June 1. Runners and spectators are encouraged to park in the Stadium parking lot where there is ample parking and convenient bag check right in your car!
The Half Marathon course loops around Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium and across College Creek past the State House, along Ego Alley, and along historic King George Street. From there, runners head up and over the Naval Academy Bridge that cross the Severn River. After a loop on Richie Highway, Wayfarer's will head home to the finish line at the Stadium. The course is scenic providing our Wayfarer participants with views of the bay, historic downtown Annapolis buildings and shops, as well as beautiful homes and rolling hills.
